【摘要】 目的 观察微波治疗宫颈息肉的临床疗效。方法 80例宫颈息肉患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和参照组,各40例。参照组实施常规宫颈息肉摘除术治疗,观察组实施微波治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率、复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于参照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.00%低于参照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组6个月复发率0、1年复发率2.50%均低于参照组的10.00%、15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微波治疗宫颈息肉效果理想,并发症较少,且能降低复发率,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave treatment of cervical polyps.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical polyps were divided into observation group and reference group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group received conventional cervical polypectomy, and the observation group received microwave therapy. The clinical efficacy, complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate 95.00% of the observation group was higher than 77.50% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate 5.00% in the observation group was lower than 20.00% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The 6-month recurrence rate 0 and 1-year recurrence rate 2.50% in the observation group were lower than 10.00% and 15.00% in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Microwave treatment of cervical polyps has an ideal effect,with fewer complications and reduced recurrence rate, which is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
