【摘要】 目的 分析综合治疗在髓外浆细胞瘤中的应用效果。方法 50例髓外浆细胞瘤患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各25例。对照组给予放疗治疗,研究组给予综合治疗。比较两组治疗效果、生存质量评分、复发情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率80.00%高于对照组的52.00%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者精神状态、躯体活动、社会活动、睡眠情感评分分别为(89.58±2.67)、(90.69±2.41)、(91.19±2.48)、(90.87±2.25)分,均高于对照组的(84.62±2.25)、(85.43±2.87)、(86.63±2.56)、(85.53±2.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复发率24.00%(6/25)低于对照组的52.00%(13/25),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.1596,P<0.05)。结论 对髓外浆细胞瘤患者开展综合治疗,可有效改善其临床症状,对延长其生存时间发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive treatment in extramedullary plasmacytoma. Methods A total of 50 patients with extramedullary plasmacytoma were divided into research group and control group by random numerical table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received radiotherapy, and the research group received comprehensive treatment. The therapeutic effect, quality of life score, and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment 80.00% in the research group was higher than 52.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of mental state, physical activity, social activity, and sleep affection in the research group were(89.58±2.67),(90.69±2.41),(91.19±2.48), and(90.87±2.25) points, which were higher than(84.62±2.25),(85.43±2.87),(86.63±2.56), and(85.53±2.61) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the research group was 24.00%(6/25), which was lower than 52.00%(13/25) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.1596,P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for patients with extramedullary plasmacytoma can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and play an important role in prolonging their survival time.更多还原
