【摘要】 基于新时代教育改革背景，通过建立以课内带课外，以课外促课内，相互促进共同发展的“全方位”课内外一体化网球教学课程体系，进一步提升体育教学的实效性。相比传统的网球教学，课内外一体化网球教学后，学生的底线击落地球深度、截击球深度、底线击落地球精度、发球精准度和移动能力均有显著提高，其中实验组男生ITN等级平均水平从业余运动员水平提升至中等运动员水平；实验组男、女生参与网球活动次数明显高于对照组。实践证明，课内外一体化网球教学的实施，可以使学生掌握网球技能，养成良好的锻炼习惯，全面提升网球教学质量，推动网球运动在高校中健康有序地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the education reform in the new era,our study has established an "all-round" tennis teaching curriculum system under the integrated education in and out of class,with which in and out of class promote each other and develop together.It also enhances the effectiveness of physical education.Our results show that with the " all-around" tennis education,students’ base-line hitting depth,volley depth,base-line hitting accuracy,serving accuracy,and mobility skills have been significantly improved,compared with traditional tennis teaching.The average ITN rating of the boy players in the experimental group was improved from amateur athletes(ITN8-10)to medium athletes(ITN5-7).Moreover the participation of boy and girl players in the experimental group in tennis activities was significantly higher than the control group.The practice has proved that,after the implementing integrated tennis teaching in and out of class,students mastered basic tennis skills and formed the habit of tennis exercise.It also comprehensively improves the quality of tennis teaching,promotes the healthy and orderly development of tennis in universities.更多还原
