【Abstract】 In recent years, [3,3]-rearrangement of sulfoxides had attracted significant attentions from synthetic community. By consulting the literature on the reaction of aryl sulfoxide with phenol and aniline, the [3,3] rearrangement reaction of sulfoxide with phenol and aniline were further summarized and discussed. The unique mechanism of this kind of reaction was found unlike classic rearrangement reaction, and the important derivatization of the reaction products were described in detail. With the development of sulfur chemistry, [3,3]-rearrangement reactions of aryl or alkenyl sulfoxides would have significant impact on the field of [3,3]-rearrangement reactions.更多还原
