【摘要】 目的 分析国内外现阶段慢性病健康传播文献，从中发现该领域重点主题、热点及空白，为我国探索基于健康传播视角的慢性病防控新策略提供前期的研究基础。方法 选取CNKI和Web of Science作为数据来源，对国内外慢性病健康传播文献通过可视化软件CiteSpace,从年代分布、关键词、研究热点、研究前沿等方面进行对比分析。结果 国内文献发文量远低于国外，以“糖尿病”“健康信息”“健康素养”等为重要关键词，得出4个聚类。国外以“communication”“attitude”“internet”“women”等为重要关键词，得出8个聚类；“barrier”“literacy”“oncolgy”为近期突现热点。结论 我国慢性病健康传播研究虽有所成就，但远落后于国外研究进度、深度，我国应拓宽研究视野，发挥多元主体作用，注重人际传播及其实践研究，填补家庭传播空白，关注信息质量和传播效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current literature on health communication of chronic diseases at home and abroad, and find the key topics, hot spots and gaps in the research, providing a preliminary research basis for China to explore new strategies for prevention and control of chronic diseases based on the perspective of health communication. Methods CNKI and Web of Science were selected as data sources to analyze the domestic and foreign chronic disease health communication literature from the aspects of chronological distribution, keywords, research hot spots and research frontiers through CiteSpace visualization function. Results The number of domestic literature published is far lower than that of foreign countries, with "diabetes" "health information" and "health literacy" as the important key words, four clusters were obtained. "communication" "attitude" "internet" "women" are the important key words in foreign literature, and eight clusters were obtained. "obstacle" "accomplishment" and "oncology" are recent emergent hot spots. Conclusion Although we have made achievements in the health communication of chronic diseases, it lags far behind the progress and depth of foreign research.We should expand the research field, give full play to the role of multiple subjects, pay attention to interpersonal communication and its practical research, fill the gap in family communication, and pay attention to information quality and communication effect.更多还原
