我国披碱草属植物抗逆性评价指标研究进展

【摘要】 披碱草属(Elymus L.)是禾本科小麦族植物,在水土保持、人工草地建植、生态修复、畜牧业发展、现代育种等方面占有举足轻重的地位。近年来,我国对披碱草属植物抗逆性评价研究较多,评价指标也比较丰富,但部分指标在不同研究中的响应规律不一致。综述我国披碱草属植物研究中涉及的主要抗逆性评价指标并对不同的评价指标进行归类和分析,旨在为披碱草属植物抗性评价指标选择及种质资源的评价利用提供科学参考。

【Abstract】 Elymus belongs to the Triticeae of the Poaceae family and plays an important role in soil and water conservation, grassland establishment, ecological restoration, animal husbandry development and modern breeding. In recent years, the research on Elymus in China has focused on many aspects, among which the stress resistance evaluation is relatively extensive and the evaluation indexes are also very rich, however, the response laws of some indexes in different experiments are inconsistent. In this paper, the main stress resistance evaluation indexes of Elymus plants in China were summarized, and different evaluation indexes were classified analyzed, in order to provide scientific reference for the selection of resistance evaluation indexes and the evaluation and utilization of Elymus germplasm resources.
