【摘要】 目的调查肠造口患者出院准备度现状,并进行影响因素分析,为制订肠造口患者个性化管理方案提供参考。方法 2020年10月至2021年2月采用肠造口患者出院准备度量表对湖南省3所医院140例肠造口患者于出院前4 h内进行调查。结果患者年龄为(58.88±14.72)岁,其中男87例,女53例,患者出院准备度总分为(108.47±21.45)分,条目平均分为(6.03±1.20)分,处于较低的水平。结论肠造口患者的出院准备度处于较低水平,护理人员应重视肠造口患者的出院准备情况,提供个性化的管理方案,从而提高肠造口患者的出院准备度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of discharge readiness in patients with enterostomy and explore the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for formulating personalized management plan for patients with enterostomy. Methods From October 2020 to February 2021, 140 patients with enterostomy in 3 hospitals of Hunan Province were investigated within 4 hours before discharge using the enterostomy patient discharge readiness scale. Results The age of the patients was(58.88±14.72) years, included 87 males and 53 females. The total score of discharge readiness was(108.47±21.45) points, and the average score of items was(6.03±1.20) points, which was at a low level. Conclusion The discharge readiness of patients with enterostomy is at a low level. The nursing staff should pay attention to the discharge readiness of patients with enterostomy and provide personalized management plan, so as to improve the discharge readiness of patients with enterostomy.更多还原
