【Abstract】 Education informatization is an endogenous variable of the systemic reform of education. School governance in the digital era calls for the reform and transformation of the job of principals. To cope with the challenge brought by the education informatization in the new era, there should be distinct time orientation for the principal’s leadership informatization, which means that intelligent education empowers the action of educating people, integrating education builds up high-level online teaching and cooperative education creates an efficient home-school-society community. However, the principal’s leadership informatization is confronted with many practical dilemmas, including vague awareness of leadership informatization, imbalanced development of informatization management design and insufficient literacy of the principal’s leadership informatization to support the governance requirement of digitalized education. In the new era, to improve the principal’s leadership informatization, we should upgrade the education informatization literacy of principals themselves, clarify the planning goal of leadership informatization with the idea of comprehensive education and enhance the governance ability of home-school-society cooperative informatization education with the support of intelligent technologies.更多还原
