【摘要】 以服务“三农”为出发点和落脚点的科技特派员制度，是市场经济条件下创新农村工作机制的有益探索。作为农业科技的传播者、科技创新创业的“领头羊”，科技特派员已成为科技支撑乡村振兴的重要力量。本文综述了科技特派员制度起源实践与各地做法，并结合科技兴农战略的实施，提出了以需求为导向的科技兴农运作模式创新方向，以期促进我国农村农业现代化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system of sci-tech special commissioners, which starts and ends with serving the “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, is a beneficial exploration of innovative rural working mechanism under the market economy. As the transmitter of agricultural sci-tech and the “bellwether” of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship, sci-tech commissioners have become an important force in supporting rural revitalization. By reviewing the origin and practice of the sci-tech special commissioners system,the innovation direction of the demand-oriented operation mode is pointed out in combination with the implementation of the strategy of promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances, for the purpose of realizing the modernization of rural agriculture in China.更多还原
