【Abstract】 As an important part of national governance, emergency management effectively responds to emergencies, effectively activates China’s modern governance efficiency,and highlights the advantages of China’s national system and governance system. At this stage,there are still some problems in China’s emergency management system, such as imperfect operation mechanism of emergency volunteer team, inefficient emergency logistics scheduling,incomplete emergency communication guarantee and unfulfilled safety production responsibility.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization and tamperability, and can be widely used in the field of emergency management to improve the efficiency and effect of emergency. Blockchain technology is embedded in the emergency management system to provide a new information sharing and trust mechanism.
