【摘要】 目的:分析我国全膝关节置换术(TKA)后康复领域的研究热点及前沿现状。方法:以中国知网为数据源，运用CiteSpace软件对2001年1月1日至2021年6月30日发表有关TKA术后康复领域的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入2093篇相关文献，2019年发文量最高，单个作者最高发文量14篇，研究热点关键词主要集中在快速康复领域、术后并发症的康复研究以及术后的康复锻炼等。结论:中医医院以及中西医结合医院需要加强TKA术后康复领域的研究，同时作者之间需要加强合作联系。未来的研究方向可聚焦于加速康复外科领域、提升康复效果、管理镇痛和减少并发症等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the research hotspots and cutting-edge status quo in the field of total knee arthroplasty( TKA) rehabilitation in China. Methods: Taking CNKI as the data source,Cite Space software was used to visually analyze the relevant literatures published in the field of rehabilitation after TKA from January 1,2001 to June 30,2021. Results: A total of2093 relevant literatures were included with the highest number of articles was issued in 2019,and the highest number of articles issued by a single author was 14. The keywords of research hotspots mainly focused on the field of rapid rehabilitation,rehabilitation study of postoperative complications and postoperative rehabilitation exercise,etc. Conclusion: TCM hospitals and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals need to strengthen the research on rehabilitation after TKA as well as the cooperation and connection between the authors. Future research directions should focus on the field of fast track surgery,improving rehabilitation,management of analgesia and reducing complications,etc.更多还原
