【摘要】 目的：研究莫匹罗星软膏联合糖皮质激素药物外用治疗湿疹特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法：研究对象选取为2019年1～12月150例湿疹特应性皮炎患者，随机抽签分为两组：对照组75例接受糖皮质激素药物外用治疗，观察组75例接受莫匹罗星软膏联合糖皮质激素药物外用治疗，持续治疗2周后比较两组湿疹面积及严重度指数（EASI）评分、皮肤病学生活质量指数（DLQI）评分、不良反应发生率、复发率、炎症水平。结果：观察组治疗1周后、治疗2周后EASI评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗期间，观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%，与对照组6.67%对比差异不大（P>0.05）；观察组治疗2周结束时、停药后1个月DLQI评分分别为（6.57±1.06）分、（4.12±1.13）分，对照组分别为（7.89±1.26）分、（5.72±1.37）分，观察组治疗2周结束时、停药后1个月DLQI评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组停药后3个月内复发率为2.67%，低于对照组停药后3个月的复发率12.00%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗2周后白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-25、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：莫匹罗星软膏联合糖皮质激素药物外用治疗湿疹特应性皮炎能较单一外用糖皮质激素药物更有效控制病情，减少复发，改善患者生活质量，同时治疗安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of mopirocin ointment combined with glucocorticoid drug topical treatment of eczema atopic dermatitis.Methods:The study subjects were 150 patients with eczema atopic dermatitis from January to December 2019,The random draw was divided into 2 groups:75 patients in the control group received glucocorticoid topical treatment,75 patients in the observation group were treated with mopirocin ointment combined with glucocorticoids,Eczema area and severity index were compared after two weeks of continuous treatment score,Dermatology Quality of Life Index score,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,and level of inflammation.Results:The observation group EASI score was lower after 1,2week of treatment than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observed group was 4.00% during the treatment period,which was not very different from 6.67% in the control group(P>0.05).The DLQI scores at the end of 2 weeks of treatment and 1 month after drug withdrawal were(6.57±1.06)points and(4.12±1.13)points in the observation group,and(7.89±1.26)points and(5.72±1.37)points in the control group,respectively.The DLQI scores at the end of 2 weeks of treatment and 1 month after drug withdrawal in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate within 3 months after drug withdrawal in the observed group was 2.67%,lower than that observed at 12.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1,IL-4,IL-25 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Topical treatment of eczematous atopic dermatitis with Mobic ointment combined with glucocorticoids can more effectively control the disease than topical glucocorticoids alone,reduce recurrence,improve the quality of life of patients and have good treatment safety.更多还原
