【摘要】 目的 通过卧减压床垫压疮危险患者翻身间隔时间的循证实践，以期建立基于证据的卧减压床垫压疮危险患者翻身间隔时间频次、评估标准及流程，提高患者满意度，减少护理成本。方法 采用JBI临床证据实践应用系统（JBI-PACES）的标准程序，获取了6条卧减压床垫压疮危险患者翻身间隔时间有关的最佳证据，制定了8条基于证据的质量应用标准，在老年病科、神经内科开展了质量审查。结果 证据应用前后比较，除第4、第6条、第7条标准未达到100%外，其余均达到了100%，院内压疮发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），翻身所花费的时间减少一半，节约了护理人力，减少了陪护的工作量。结论 基于证据的压疮危险患者卧减压床垫预防压疮4 h翻身一次是切实可行的，通过临床实践，结合患者意愿，从舒适度及卫生经济学的角度支持4 h翻身一次的翻身策略。但仍需继续质量审查，并应用到更多住院场所。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the frequency,evaluation standard and procedure of the interval time of roll-over in the patients with pressure ulcer of the pressure-reducing mattress based on the evidence,improve patient satisfaction and reduce nursing cost.Methods Using the standard procedure of JBI clinical evidence practice application system(Jbi something papes),we obtained 6 best evidences about the interval of turning over for the patients with pressure sore at risk of lying decompression mattress,and formulated 8 evidence-based quality application standards,quality reviews were conducted in geriatrics and neurology departments.Results Before and after the application of evidence,except the standards of articles 4,6and 7 did not reach 100%,the others reached 100%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of pressure sore in hospital(P value 0.05),the nursing manpower is saved and the workload of the accompanying care is reduced.Conclusion It is feasible for pressure ulcer risk patients to turn over once by lying on decompression mattress. Through clinical practice,combined with patients’ will,the 4H turning over strategy is supported by comfort and health economics.But the quality review will need to be continued and applied to more inpatient settings.更多还原
