【摘要】 目的 观察他克莫司滴眼液及0.1%环孢素A滴眼液对穿透性角膜移植术后LLT的影响。方法 分析穿透性角膜移植术38例（38眼）的临床资料，随机分为他克莫司组和环孢素A组，观察2组术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后3个月、术后6个月的脂质层厚度变化。结果 术后1月，2组间平均脂质层厚度差异有统计学意义，P=0.003；术后1周、术后3个月及术后6个月，2组间脂质层厚度差异均无统计学意义，P=0.378、P=0.758、P=0.232。结论 他克莫司滴眼液在穿透性角膜移植术后早期对泪膜脂质层厚度影响较0.1%环孢素A滴眼液小，长期使用无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of tacrolimus eye drops and 0. 1% cyclosporine A eye drops on tear film lipid layer thickness(LLT) after penetrating keratoplasty.MethodsThe clinical data of 38 cases(38 eyes) of penetrating keratoplasty were analyzed. They were randomly divided into tacrolimus group and cyclosporine A group.
