【摘要】 目的 探讨通心络胶囊联合非洛地平缓释片治疗心绞痛的效果及对氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平、血小板活性的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的63例心绞痛患者作为研究对象，以双盲法随机将其分为对照组（31例，非洛地平缓释片）和观察组（32例，通心络胶囊+非洛地平缓释片）。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）评分均增加，血小板聚集率（PAgT）、血小板黏附率（PAdT）均降低，且观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的NT-proBNP、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的血管性血友病因子（vWF）含量及血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的趋化因子（CX3CL1）、硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白（TXNIP）水平均降低，脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂（Vaspin）水平均升高，且观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通心络胶囊联合非洛地平缓释片治疗心绞痛的效果显著，可改善相关症状，降低NT-proBNP水平及血小板活性，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris and its influences on N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) level and platelet activity. Methods A total of 63 patients with angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group(31 cases, felodipine sustained release tablets) and observation group(32 cases, Tongxinluo capsule + felodipine sustained release tablets) by double-blind method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Seattle Angina Questionaire(SAQ) score of the two groups increased, the platelet aggregation rate(PAgT), platelet adhesion rate(PAdT) decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the NT-proBNP, interleukin-18(IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the von Willebrand factor(vWF) content and the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and endothelin-1(ET-1) of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of chemokine(C-X3-Cmotif) ligand 1(CX3CL1) and thioredoxin-interacting protein(TXNIP) of the two groups decreased, the level of visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin) increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris has a significant effect, it can improve related symptoms, reduce NT-proBNP level and platelet activity, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
