【Abstract】 Healthcare security electronic certificate(HSEC) is an important component of the nationunified healthcare security information system. Compared with security security card and ID card, it has more advantages as a medical insurance identity recognition medium, integrating multiple e-government services in the healthcare security field. Based on the philosophy, characteristics, advantages and progress of HSEC, this paper puts forward the suggestions for the popularization of HSEC, broadening the application scenarios and exploring more regional experience in the future to solve the problems in application.更多还原
