【Abstract】 Guided by the "12368" development strategy(1 Vision, 2 Tasks, 3 Targets,6 Characteristics, 8 Systems) and driven by the "3354" high-quality development model(3 Foundations, 3 Tarygets, 5 Factors, 4 Ways), Xiangya Hospital of Central South University actively builds a scientific and efficient "321" Xiangya medical innovation system by adhering to the four aspects, which effectively promotes "321" Xiangya Medical Innovation System which includes 3 pillar systems(basic research system, clinical research system, and result transformation system),2 support systems(science and technology evaluation system and scientific research integrity system), and 1 driving system(cross-fertilization system) effectively promote the accelerated development of medical innovation in the hospital. Through the construction and practice of the "321" Xiangya Medical Innovation System, the core competitiveness and influence of the hospital’s science and technology have been greatly improved. Specifically, the overall scientific and technological strength ranks first in the national medical institutions, and the discipline construction and personnel training have achieved remarkable results, which provide essential support for the hospital’s accelerated, leapfrog, connotative, and high-quality development.更多还原
