【摘要】 目的 分析三项血清肿瘤标志物（HE4、CA125、CA153）联合检测判定子宫内膜癌的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析该院2019年2月—2020年11月期间收治的35例子宫内膜癌和35例子宫内膜增生患者，分别将其纳入观察组和对照组中，所有研究对象均接受三项血清肿瘤标志物检测，并将病理检查结果作为检测金标准，计算CA153、CA125、HE4的检测阳性率、敏感性、特异性。结果 观察组CA125、CA153、HE4高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组CA125阳性率51.43%、CA153阳性率45.71%、HE4阳性率60.00%分别高于对照组的CA125阳性率1.43%、CA153阳性率8.57%、HE4阳性率2.86%，数据差异有统计学意义（χ~2=12.992、12.209、26.515,P<0.05）。CA125+CA153+HE4联合检测诊断子宫内膜癌的敏感性为90.65%，高于CA125+CA153联合检测的敏感性55.35%、CA125+HE4联合检测的敏感性76.23%、CA153+HE4联合检测的敏感性73.82%及单一指标检测敏感性，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但特异性对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 临床在诊治子宫内膜癌时，可测定三项血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CA125、HE4，联合检测诊断敏感性高，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the combined detection of three serum tumor markers(HE4, CA125, CA153) to determine the clinical value of endometrial cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of endometrial cancer and 35 cases of endometrial hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to November 2020.They were included in the observation group and the control group. All study subjects were tested for three serum tumor markers. And used pathological examination results as the gold standard for testing, to calculate the detection positive rate, sensitivity and specificity of CA153, CA125 and HE4. Results CA125, CA153, and HE4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The CA125 positive rate of the observation group was 51.43%, the CA153 positive rate of 45.71%, and the HE4 positive rate of 60.00% were higher than the control group’s CA125 positive rate of 1.43%, CA153 positive rate of 8.57%, and HE4 positive rate of 2.86%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=12.992,12.209, 26.515, P <0.05). The sensitivity of the combined detection of CA125 +CA153 +HE4 in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer was 90.65%, which was higher than the sensitivity of the combined detection of CA125+CA153of 55.35%, the sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 +HE4 was 76.23%, and the sensitivity of combined detection of CA153 +HE4 73.82% and single index detection sensitivity, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in specificity(P>0.05). Conclusion In clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer, the three serum tumor markers CA153, CA125, HE4 can be determined, and the combined detection has high diagnostic sensitivity and value of promotion.更多还原
