【摘要】 目的 研究心理暗示联合健康教育对老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的影响。方法 选取2019年2月～2021年2月在本院接受治疗的84例老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组患者42例。对照组行常规健康宣教，研究组在对照组基础上行心理暗示联合健康教育，对比两组护理前后心理弹性、心功能、血糖控制情况以及护理后遵医嘱行为。正态计量资料采用 t 检验，计数资料采用 x~2 检验。结果 护理后，研究组心理弹性评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组遵医嘱行为显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组心功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组血糖控制情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施心理暗示联合健康教育效果较好，有利于改善患者心理状况，提升治疗依从性，改善心功能，并有效控制血糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of psychological suggestion combined with health education on elderly patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the research group received psychological suggestion combined with health education on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience,cardiac function,blood sugar control and the behavior of following doctor’s orders after nursing were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.For normal measurement data,the t test was used,and for count data,the x~2 test was used.Results After nursing,the psychological resilience score of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the behavior of following doctor’s orders in the research group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the cardiac function of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);blood sugar control in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological suggestion combined with health education in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease has a good effect,which is beneficial to improve the patient’s psychological status,improve treatment compliance,improve cardiac function,and effectively control blood sugar.更多还原
