【摘要】 目的 探讨下肢静脉曲张患者生活质量量表有效性。方法 收集河北医科大学第二医院2020年9—12月收治的192例下肢静脉曲张患者临床资料。统计并比较术前及术后3个月患者静脉临床严重程度评分（VCSS）、下肢静脉曲张生活质量相关量表静脉症状调查问卷（HASTI）评分、疾病特异性生活质量调查（AVVQ）评分；比较不同静脉曲张临床-病因-解剖学-病理生理（CEAP）分级患者VCSS、HASTI和AVVQ评分；分析HASTI评分与VCSS、AVVQ评分相关性。结果 192例患者手术后VCSS、HASTI、AVVQ评分均低于手术前；不同CEAP分级的患者VCSS、HASTI、AVVQ评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；进一步两两比较，C6级患者VCSS、HASTI、AVVQ评分最高（P<0.05）。HASTI评分与VCSS、AVVQ评分呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论 HASTI评分可作为评估下肢静脉曲张生活质量的有效测量工具之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the evaluation of the quality of life scale for patients with lower extremity varicose vein. Method The clinical data of 192 patients with lower extremity varicose vein treated in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from September 2020 to December 2020 were collected. The venous clinical severity score(VCSS), heaviness achiness swelling throbbing itching(HASTI) score, and assessing disease specific quality of life(AVVQ) score before and 3 months after operation were counted and compared. The VCSS, HASTI, and AVVQ scores of patients with different clinical etiology anatomy pathophysiology(CEAP) grades were also compared. The correlation between HASTI score and VCSS and AVVQ scores were analyzed. Result The VCSS, HASTI and AVVQ scores of 192patients after operation were all lower than themselves before the operation. There were significant differences in VCSS,HASTI, and AVVQ scores among patients with different CEAP grades(P<0.05). Furthermore, the scores of VCSS,HASTI, and AVVQ in C6 grade patients occupied the highest(P<0.05). In addition, the HASTI score was positively correlated with the VCSS and AVVQ score(P<0.05). Conclusion The HASTI score could be taken into consideration as one of the validated measurements to assess lower extremity varicose vein patients’ quality of life.更多还原
