基于县域尺度的城市收缩综合测度及类型识别——以中小城市聚集区陕西为例
Comprehensive Measurement and Type Identification of Urban Shrinkage at County-Level: A Case Study of Shaanxi, A Cluster of Small and Medium-Sized Cities
【摘要】 以陕西省县域单元为研究对象,围绕城市发展水平、人居环境、现代化水平这3个城市评价核心要素,提出一套新的多维度收缩城市综合测度体系。运用CRITIC-熵权赋值法,结合ArcGIS软件对陕西省86个县域单元城市收缩水平及空间格局展开全方位分析。引入城市发展水平—人居环境—现代化水平耦合协调度模型,综合分析陕西省收缩城市协调发展水平。运用K-均值聚类法,基于城市收缩水平、协调程度及集聚特性客观划分陕西省收缩城市类型,并对其特征及成因进行综合分析。研究发现:约41.86%的陕西县域单元处于收缩状态,收缩空间呈集聚分布,城市综合发展基本处于失衡状态,K-均值聚类法共识别出5种城市收缩类型。最后,结合研究结果提出了针对性的陕西县域城市发展建议。
【Abstract】 Taking the county units of Shaanxi province as the research object, centering on the three core elements of urban evaluation: urban development level, human settlement environment and modernization level, a new multi-dimensional shrinking city comprehensive measurement system was proposed. Using CRITIC-Entropy weight assignment method, combined with ArcGIS software, a comprehensive analysis of the urban shrinkage level and spatial pattern of 86 county-level units in Shaanxi province was carried out. The study introduced the urban development level-human settlement environment-modernization level coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively analyze the coordinated development level of shrinking cities in Shaanxi province. Using K-means clustering method, based on the level of urban shrinkage, coordination degree and agglomeration characteristics, the study objectively classified the types of shrinking cities in Shaanxi province, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of their characteristics and causes. The study found that about 41.86% of the county units in Shaanxi were in a state of shrinking, and the shrinking space was distributed in clusters, and the overall urban development was basically in a state of imbalance. The K-means clustering method identified five types of urban shrinkage. Finally, based on the research results, the targeted urban development suggestions for Shaanxi counties were put forward.
