【摘要】 目的：分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法：2019年10月-2021年9月收治激素依赖性皮炎患者30例，随机分为两组，各15例。对照组给予常规治疗；观察组在常规治疗基础上联合应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗起效率及不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3 d、1周、2周、4周的起效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：激素依赖性皮炎采用常规治疗联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶外用，可提升治疗效果，缓解症状，用药安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods: From October 2019 to September 2021, 30 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis were selected, they were randomly divided into the two groups with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy, treatment response rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment response rates at 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis, the combination of conventional treatment with external application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel can improve the therapeutic effect, accelerate the relief of symptoms, and have high medication safety.更多还原
