【摘要】 目的 通过对安徽省某县级医院胆囊炎单病种付费患者住院费用的灰色关联分析，为该院有效缩短住院时间、适应支付方式改革提供对策建议。方法 收集安徽省某县级医院2016年至2019年单病种付费住院信息，分析胆囊炎患者住院数据，对住院费用结构、关联系数、关联度等进行分析。结果 该院胆囊炎患者手术麻醉费、药品费占比及关联系数较大，与次均住院费用关联度也最大，护理费构成比有小幅度上升。结论 手术麻醉费与药品费对胆囊炎患者次均住院费用产生显著影响，同时费用结构存在优化空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide countermeasures and suggestions for effectively shortening hospitalization time and adapting to the reform of payment mode in a county hospital in Anhui Province through the grey correlation analysis of hospitalization cost of patients with cholecystitis paid by disease. Methods:The paid hospitalization information of single disease was collected from a county hospital in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2019. The hospitalization data of patients with cholecystitis were taken as an example,and the hospitalization cost structure,correlation coefficient and correlation degree were analyzed. Results:The proportion and correlation coefficient of surgical anesthesia cost and drug cost in patients with cholecystitis in this hospital were large,and the correlation degree with average hospitalization cost was the largest. The composition ratio of nursing cost increased slightly.Conclusion:The cost of anesthesia and drug have a significant impact on the average hospitalization cost of cholecystitis patients,and there is room for optimization of the cost structure.更多还原
