【摘要】 针对高校实验耗材管理现状及存在问题，结合东南大学近5年来在实验耗材管理过程中的实践探索，探讨如何借助信息化技术手段，设计实验耗材采购及管理平台，以规范化、精细化管理为主要目标，构建经费负责人、学院、学校三级实验耗材管理机制。通过财务对接推行统一结算管理及服务，优化管理流程，提高管理效率，加强实验耗材经费使用管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at the status and existing problems of university experiment consumables management, combined with the Southeast University in recent five years in laboratory consumables management practice, this paper discusses how to use information technology to design an experimental materials procurement and management platform. The standardization and fine management is considered as the main target. It builds experimental consumables management mechanisms for heads of the three-level, i.e., funds, colleges, schools. It docks financial office with unified settlement management and service, optimizes management process, improves management efficiency, and strengthens the management of experimental consumable funds.更多还原
