基于变种群模因算法的大规模配电网重构
Large-Scale Distribution Network Reconfiguration Based on Variable Population Memetic Algorithm
【摘要】 引入变种群模因算法的基本框架构建了求解配电网重构问题的方法。根据配电网的特点和所求问题的特性,在种群初始化环节引入启发式算法中的开关组思想并加以改进,用于生成两个初始个体及确定其邻域搜索空间;在种群交叉环节引入双主干交叉算子保留父代优良特征,局部寻优环节应用禁忌搜索算法作为其搜索策略;采用包含种群规模扩张和种群规模收缩在内的种群规模改变策略扩大搜索空间,增强全局搜索能力。最后,将所提方法应用于IEEE33、Taipower84、Bus119、Bus136、Bus417不同规模系统的重构仿真。结果表明,所提方法精度高、速度快,适合求解大规模配电网重构问题。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the existing distribution network reconfiguration algorithms are not suitable to the large-scale distribution network, the basic framework of the variable population memetic algorithm is incorporated to solve distribution network reconfiguration. According to the characteristics of the distribution network and the properties of the issue to be solved in this paper, the idea of switch group based on the heuristic algorithm is improved and applied in the initial population building step, which is used to determine two initial individuals and their neighborhood space. The double-backbone crossover operator is introduced in the offspring cross step to preserve the positive characteristics of previous generation and eliminate the negative characteristics. Tabu search algorithm is leveraged as a local search strategy in the local improvement step. The search space is expanded by strategic population size change including population expanding strategy and population rebuilding strategy, which enhances the global search capability. The proposed algorithm is verified on IEEE33, Taipower84, Bus119, Bus136 and Bus417. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has high accuracy and fast speed, and is suitable for solving large-scale distribution network reconfiguration problems.
