【摘要】 对湖南省高等学校学报研究会33家高校77种期刊进行调研，分析高校学术期刊人力资源现状。湖南省高校学术期刊人力资源具有高学历、高职称的优势；队伍“高龄化”趋势明显；现阶段男女比例相对平衡，但男少女多发展趋势明显；编辑毕业于中文专业的人数最多。高校学术期刊面临人力资源不足、队伍建设乏力、编辑学科背景相对单一等问题。要加强期刊人才规划和政策保障；加快高校期刊人力资源整合，建立人力资源信息平台，开发和利用老年编辑人才资源；完善人才培养激励制度，促进职称改革，建设有利于编辑人才发展的环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 77 journals of 33 colleges and universities in Hunan University Journal Research Association as the research objects, the paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in academic journals of colleges and universities. The human resources of Hunan university journals present the advantages of high-level educational background and professional titles. It obviously turns out to be an aging team. The ratio of men and women is relatively balanced presently, but it is surely in a development of more women and men. Editors specializing in Chinese cover the most. The university journals are facing the problems of insufficient human resources, poor team building, and relatively homogeneous editorial background. This echoes the overall aging trend of Chinese population and is related to the high threshold and high requirements of university journal editorial profession but the declining attractiveness of this career. It is necessary to strengthen the planning and policy guarantee of journal talents, speed up the integration of human resources in university journals, establish an information platform for human resources, develop and utilize the resources of senior editorial talents, improve the talent training and incentive system, promote the reform of professional titles, and develop an environment conducive to the development of editorial talents.更多还原
