【Abstract】 83 teeth with lateral root canal peforation were randomly divided into 2 groups. Bioceramics iRoot^? BP^+Plus（group A, n=42） and MTA（group B, n=41） were respectively used to repair perforation under microscope. The success rate of initial sealing of group A and B was 80.95% and 58.54%（P<0.05）, that of 1-year-follow up was 88.10% and 75.61%（P>0.05）, respectively. CBCT examination showed that bone trabecular formation was observed at the root canal perforation area in both groups.更多还原
