【摘要】 高等学校本科教育质量评价的重点在于课程质量。金课是教育部提出的具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度特点的高质量课程标准，是国家教育部对于建设一流本科教育的要求。文章介绍了南华大学衡阳医学院临床技能学课程在教学实践中，以金课的标准和要求贯彻课程教学，广泛调动了学生的积极性和主动性，取得了更好的教学效果，是提高课程质量的有效方法，应该大力倡导并尽可能推广到其他医学课程中去。更多还原

【Abstract】 Curriculum quality is the focus of the evaluation of undergraduate education in colleges and universities. “Gold course” is a standard proposed by the Ministry of Education for high-quality courses, which are advanced, innovative, and challenging. “Gold course” is also the requirement of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China for the construction of first-class undergraduate education. The authors introduced in this paper how the standards and requirements for a “gold course” have been adopted in the teaching practice of the course of “essential skills of clinical practice”, improving students’ enthusiasm and initiative and achieving a better teaching effect. It has proved effective as a means of improving curriculum quality, and can be applied to other medical courses.更多还原
