【摘要】 目的 观察马铃薯汁局部外敷联合低分子量肝素钠治疗浅表静脉经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)相关性血栓的效果。方法 将我院儿童血液肿瘤科收治的并发浅表静脉PICC相关性血栓的患儿30例，随机分为对照组和试验组各15例。对照组患儿应用低分子量肝素钠全身抗凝治疗，试验组患儿在对照组的基础上加用马铃薯汁局部外敷。比较两组患儿临床疗效指标以及不良反应指标。结果 试验组患儿患肢肿胀、疼痛及血栓消失时间与对照组比较明显缩短(t=2.074～3.473,P<0.05)。结论 马铃薯汁局部外敷联合低分子量肝素钠治疗浅表静脉PICC相关性血栓效果较好，值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of topical application of potato juice combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)-related superficial venous thrombosis. MethodsThirty children with PICC-related superficial venous thrombosis admitted to the Department of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given systemic anticoagulation with low molecular weight heparin sodium. The children in the experimental group were subjected to topical application of potato juice in addition to the anticoagulation therapy. The clinical efficacy indicators and adverse reaction indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significantly shorter time to the disappearance of swelling, pain, and thrombus(t=2.074-3.473,P<0.05). Conclusion The topical application of potato juice combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium is effective in the treatment of PICC-related superficial venous thrombosis, and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
