纳米材料在肾移植中的应用研究进展
RESEARCH ADVANCES IN THE APPLICATION OF NANOMATERIALS IN KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION
【摘要】 随着肾移植技术的发展,精准个体化的治疗已成为众多临床工作者最为关注的问题之一。纳米材料因其具有高靶向、易于编辑等特性为肾脏移植精准化术后评估及不良反应的防治提供了可能,且纳米材料在肾脏移植中的作用也是目前的研究热点之一。本文就纳米材料在肾脏移植后移植肾脏免疫状态评估、缺血再灌注损伤的预防及免疫抑制剂的靶向给药等方面进行述评。
【Abstract】 With the development of kidney transplantation technology, precise and individualized treatment has become one of the most important concerns for many clinical practitioners. Nanomaterials provide the possibility for precise postoperative assessment and prevention of adverse reactions after kidney transplantation due to their highly targeted and easily editable properties. Moreover, the role of nanomaterials in kidney transplantation is one of the research hotspots at present. This article reviews the role of nanomaterials in the assessment of kidney conditions after kidney transplantation, the prevention of ischemia-reperfusion injury, and the targeted delivery of immunosuppressants.
