【摘要】 目的 了解急性白血病患儿照顾者的支持性照护需求现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 选择2018年12月至2020年3月在湖南省儿童医院血液科住院治疗的128名急性白血病患儿的照顾者为研究对象，采用急性白血病患儿照顾者一般资料调查表、中文版癌症患者照顾者支持性照护需求量表及社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果 急性白血病患儿照顾者的中文版癌症患者照顾者支持性照护需求量表得分为（121.95±38.74）分，多元线性逐步回归分析显示，年龄、文化程度、共同照顾者数量、是否需照顾其他人、是否有照顾经历以及社会支持是急性白血病患儿照顾者支持性照护需求的主要影响因素，可解释总变异的85.6%。结论 急性白血病患儿照顾者支持性照顾需求水平较高，医护人员应更加关注年龄小、文化程度高、共同照顾者数量少、同时需照顾其他人、没有照顾经历以及社会支持水平低的急性白血病患儿照顾者，给予其更多的照护支持及个体化的干预，以提高其照顾患儿的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of supportive care needs of caregivers of children withacute leukemia, and to analyze the influencing factors.MethodsA total of 128 caregivers of children withacute leukemia who were hospitalized in the Hematology Department of Hu’nan Children’s Hospital fromDecember 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects. They were investigated by using the GeneralInformation Questionnaire for Caregivers of Children with Acute Leukemia, Supportive Care Needs SurveyPartners and Caregivers(Chinese version), and Social Support Rating Scale.ResultsThe caregivers ofchildren with acute leukemia had a score of(121.95 ± 38.74) points for the Supportive Care Needs SurveyPartners and Caregivers(Chinese version). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that thesupportive care needs of caregivers of children with acute leukemia were mainly influenced by age, educationlevel, number of co-caregivers, need to care for other patients, care experience, and social support, explaining85.6% of the total variation.ConclusionThe caregivers of children with acute leukemia had highersupportive care needs.
