【摘要】 如何推动产业转型升级是新时期我国经济社会高质量发展的重大理论和实践问题。泉州市作为福建省第一经济大市，GDP已连续22年位居全省首位。新时期，国家及地方政策的支持、民间金融市场的助力、两岸产业深度合作的良机、“一带一路”倡议的深入推进为泉州市产业的转型升级带来了良好的机遇。但是同时，泉州市产业也面临诸如产业结构相对单一、企业自主创新能力不足、对外合作不够深入的新挑战。因此，泉州市应当以构建充满生机活力的现代产业体系、打造福建省产业转型升级示范区为目标，以建设新型服务型政府、缓解企业发展困境、突出创新引领、完善金融体系建设、深化对外交流合作以及创新土地管理方式等为抓手，纵深推进泉州市产业的高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to promote industrial transformation and upgrading is a major theoretical and practical issue for the high-quality development of our country’s economy and society in the new era. As the largest economic city in Fujian Province, Quanzhou has achieved GDP ranking first in the province for 22 consecutive years. In the new era, the support of national and local policies, the assistance of the private financial market, the opportunities for in-depth industrial cooperation between the both sides of the Strait, the in-depth advancement of the “Belt and Road” strategy have brought good opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of Quanzhou’s industry However, it also faces new challenges and pressures, such as a relatively single industrial structure, insufficient independent innovation capabilities of enterprises, insufficient foreign cooperation.Therefore, Quanzhou should aim to build a modern industrial system full of vitality and build a demonstration zone for industrial transformation and upgrading in Fujian Province, to build a new service-oriented government, to alleviate corporate development difficulties, to highlight innovation and lead, to improve financial system construction, and deepen foreign exchanges. Cooperation and innovative land management are the starting points to promote the high-quality development of Quanzhou’s industry in depth.更多还原
