复合材料T型结构固化变形试验研究

【摘要】 针对复合材料T型结构,试验研究了不同角度铺层比例,铺层对称形式及底板结构的固化变形。结果表明:针对T型结构,L区的0°铺层增加会抑制纵向翘曲变形,增大横向翘曲变形,90°铺层作用相反,±45°铺层比例越高,扭转变形越大;腹板反对称铺层对回弹和纵向翘曲基本无影响,但腹板不对称会造成结构更大的扭转变形;T型结构底板设计会增大向腹板一侧翘曲倾向,同时由于结构铺层不对称性,造成扭转变形。

【Abstract】 Experiments were performed in order to study the influence of different factors on curing deformation of T-shaped composite structure. The ply angle ratio, symmetrical form and the bottom plate structure were investigated. The results show that the increase of 0° ply in the T-type structure will suppress the longitudinal warpage deformation, increase the transverse warpage deformation, and the 90° ply will on the contrary; In addition, the increase of ±45° ply will magnify torsion deformation; Asymmetry of the bottom side layer have no effect on transverse and longitudinal warpage, but web asymmetry will result in larger torsion deformation; T-shaped structural bottom side will increase the warpage to the web side, while torsional deformation will be caused by the asymmetry structural.
