基于改进蚁群算法的设备拆卸序列规划及系统仿真

【摘要】 针对复杂设备拆解面临的组合爆炸与搜索爆炸使用传统的方法难以解决的问题,基于设备装配体装配信息进行建模并给出设备零部件之间干涉矩阵及连接矩阵求解方法。以拆解设备的拆卸方向与拆卸工具的改变次数最少为优化目标,构造优化函数模型,用改进蚁群算法对拆卸序列进行优化求解。以常用设备油泵为例,对拆卸序列进行求解,最终得出满足优化目标的拆卸序列。并应用于油泵的拆装仿真,将其拆解过程置于开发的在线系统平台,可实时在线观看学习。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of combination explosion and search explosion, which were difficult to be solved by traditional methods in complex equipment disassembly, a model based on the assembly information of equipment assembly was built and the solution method of interference matrix and connection matrix between equipment parts were given in this study.In order to minimize the disassembly direction of disassembly equipment and the change times of disassembly tools, an optimization function model was constructed and the improved ant colony algorithm was used to optimize the disassembly sequence.Taking common equipment oil pump as an example, the disassembly sequence was solved and the disassembly sequence satisfying the optimization goal was obtained.It is applied to the simulation of disassembly and assembly of oil pump, and the disassembly process was placed on the developed online system platform for real-time online watching and learning.
