金属电磁屏蔽材料的研究进展

【摘要】 电磁屏蔽是抑制电磁干扰并实现电磁兼容的重要技术手段.金属材料是目前应用最广泛的电磁屏蔽材料,随着5G通信、物联网、智能消费电子等领域的快速发展,金属材料在电磁屏蔽材料领域的应用趋于轻薄化、宽频化和多功能化,近年来引起广泛关注.本文从金属型和金属氧化物型电磁屏蔽材料的制备、性能及应用等方面,综述了近3年有关金属材料在电磁屏蔽领域的国内外研究进展,重点对材料的成分、电磁屏蔽效能、材料的厚度、适用频率之间的关联性进行分析和介绍,并展望其未来的发展趋势.

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic shielding is an important technique to suppress electromagnetic interference and realizes electromagnetic compatibility. Metal materials are currently the most widely used electromagnetic shielding materials. With the rapid development of 5G communication, Internet of things, intelligent consumer electronics and other related fields, the application of metal materials in electromagnetic shielding materials tends to become thin, broadband and multi-functional, which has attracted wide attention in recent years. In this paper, the recent development of metal and metal oxide electromagnetic shielding materials in the field of electromagnetic shielding is reviewed from the aspects of preparation, performance and application. The relationship among the composition of the material, the electromagnetic shielding efficiency, the thickness of the material and the applicable frequency is analyzed and introduced, and its future development trend is forecasted.
