【摘要】 目的：探讨数字微笑设计(Digital smile design,DSD)指导下前牙瓷贴面美学修复的应用效果。方法：选取2016年3月-2020年3月于笔者医院行前牙修复的82例患者为研究对象。所有患者均在DSD指导下进行前牙瓷贴面美学修复，记录其修复后的有效性、并发症、满意度及生活质量情况。结果：修复后，所有患者中完整性A级173颗(100.00%)，颜色协调度A级171颗(98.84%)，边缘密合性A级172颗(99.42%)，牙敏感症状A级173颗(100.00%)，牙龈健康状况A级168颗(97.11%)；所有患者中出现贴片变形0颗(0.00%)，贴片变色2颗(1.16%)，佩戴不适应5颗(2.89%)，牙龈炎2颗(1.16%)，并发症总发生率为5.20%；所有患者中外形总满意度为98.27%，牙齿颜色总满意度为97.11%，微笑效果总满意度为99.42%，与邻牙协调度总满意度为98.84%，牙功能总满意度为99.42%，舒适度总满意度为96.53%。修复后，患者心理功能、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能等各项生活质量评分均高于修复前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：DSD指导下前牙瓷贴面美学修复具有良好的修复效果，其并发症少，患者满意度高，且能提升其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with porcelain veneer under the guidance of digital smile design (DSD).Methods Total of 82 patients who underwent anterior teeth restoration in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were selected.All patients received aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with porcelain veneer under the guidance of DSD.The effectiveness,complications,satisfaction and quality of life of all patients after restoration were recorded.Results Among all the patients,173 (100.00%) were grade A in integrity,171 (98.84%) were grade A in color harmony,172 (99.42%) were grade A in marginal tightness,173 (100.00%) were grade A in tooth sensitivity,and 168 (97.11%) were grade A in gingival health.Among all the patients,there were 0 (0.00%) patches were deformed,2 (1.16%) patches were discolored,5 (2.89%) patches were not suitable for wearing,and 2 (1.16%) patches had gingivitis.The total incidence of complications was 5.20%.Among all the patients,the total satisfaction with appearance was 98.27%,the total satisfaction with tooth color was 97.11%,the total satisfaction with smile effect was 99.42%,and the total satisfaction with adjacent teeth coordination was 98.84%,the total satisfaction with dental function was 99.42%,and the total satisfaction with comfort was 96.53%.After restoration,the scores of psychological function,health status,social function and emotional function of all patients were higher than those before restoration,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with porcelain veneer under the guidance of DSD has a good restoration effect,with fewer complications,high patient satisfaction,and can improve the quality of life.更多还原
