多效唑浸种对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的影响

【摘要】 研究在盐渍环境(0.8%的NaCl)下,不同浓度多效唑浸种对玉米幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,与对照组(蒸馏水浸泡)相比,经不同浓度多效唑浸种后,玉米幼苗株高矮化,根冠比增大;叶片中叶绿素含量增多,丙二醛含量和过氧化物酶活性明显降低.其中经200 mg/L的多效唑浸种后的玉米,在盐胁迫环境下对植株幼苗的影响最为显著.

【Abstract】 The effects of seed soaking in different concentration of PP333 solution on the growth of corn seedlings under salt stress(0.8% NaCl) were studied. The results showed that under salt stress, in comparison with the control groups(soaking of seed in water), the plant height of the soaked seeds were lower, but the rate of root length/plant height were higher; in addition, the chlorophyll content were increased, but MDA contents and POD activity were obviously decreased. The most significant effects were found with the seed soaking in 200 mg/L PP333 under the salt stress.
