基于Iwan模型的螺栓非线性接触建模与参数辨识
Nonlinear Contact Modeling and Parameter Identification of Bolts Based on Iwan Model
【摘要】 针对传统螺栓连接模型计算精度不高和螺栓结构动力学模型参数辨识问题,通过引入六参数Iwan模型,研究了螺栓连接力-位移关系方程,绘制Iwan模型非线性力-位移关系曲线。采用万能试验机拉伸实验与振动实验平台激振试验结合,识别构建的模型参数,实现模型构建。实验结果表明,随着螺栓直径的增加,宏观滑移残余刚度会随之增加,模型能量耗散减小。研究结果可为螺栓结构设计分析与计算提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low calculation accuracy by using traditional bolt connection model and parameter identification of bolt structure dynamic model, the six parameter Iwan model was introduced to numerically solve the force displacement relationship equation and draw the nonlinear force displacement relationship curve of Iwan model. The universal testing machine tensile test and vibration experiment platform excitation test were combined to identify the parameters of the model and realize the model construction. The experimental results show that with the increase of bolt diameter, the macro sliding residual stiffness increases, and the energy dissipation of the model decreases. The research results can provide a reference for the design, analysis and calculation of bolt structure.
