基于读者需求的图书馆新媒体服务内容评价体系构建
Construction of Evaluation System of Library New Media Service Content Base on Readers’ Needs
【摘要】 图书馆新媒体应用日趋多样化,基于文献调研和个案研究方法,从读者需求角度出发,构建图书馆新媒体服务内容评价体系,能够帮助图书馆有依据地选择、利用和发展新媒体。基于信息需求、阅读需求、功能需求、互动需求、情怀需求、娱乐需求6类用户服务层面,归纳出最具关键性影响的34个指标项目,并采用李克特五级量表矩阵问卷得到各指标项目权重,最终对C9联盟高校图书馆的微信公众号服务内容进行了评价。该评价方法简便、高效、客观,评价结果能够反映出图书馆新媒体对读者用户的满足程度。
【Abstract】 With the application of library new media being more and more diversified,constructing the evaluation system of library new media service content based on literature research and individual case study from the readers’ needs could direct the library to develop new media purposefully. Base on 6 level needs of information,reading,function,interaction,emotion,and entertainment,this paper summarizes 34 key indicators,and uses the Likert five scale matrix questionnaire to get the weight of each index item,finally,evaluates the WeChat official account service content of C9 alliance university libraries. This evaluation system is very simple,efficient and objective,which can put up the readers’ satisfaction of library new media effectively.
