【摘要】 城市绿地作为建成环境的重要组成部分，在健康研究领域受到较高关注。以Web of Science核心合集数据库的3948篇英文文献和中国知网的540篇中文文献为研究对象，利用Cite Space可视化软件，对国内外文献进行梳理和纵横分析，研究发现：（1）国外的研究对象从单一绿地转向群组绿地，范围逐步扩大到城市、国家、全球。研究重点从人与绿地的关系拓宽到综合效益的探索。研究方法从早期的调研评估、模拟实验到定性、定量交叉分析，形成更完善的主客观结合的研究范式。（2）国内的研究对象开始聚焦到城市绿地的整体空间生态关系，研究重点从注重平面视觉感知转向健康作用肌理，研究方法也从主观臆断到应用空间分析等方法，逐步科学化。（3）国外研究深入挖掘作用肌理，注重实证实地研究；国内学者偏向理论研究，注重实际应用和国外理论的归纳总结，无论是广度还是深度都有待完善。厘清城市绿地与健康之间的作用机制和绩效关系是研究前沿，以期为城市绿地系统的建设提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of the completed environment, urban green space has attracted high attention in the field of health research. With 3948 English documents of Web of Science core collection database and 540 Chinese documents as the research objects, CiteSpace visualization software was sorted out and analyzed domestic and foreign documents. The study found:(1) foreign research objects changed from single green space to group green space, and the scope gradually expanded to city, country and the world. The research focuses on broadening the relationship between people and green space to the exploration of comprehensive benefits. Research methods ranged from early research and evaluation,simulation experiments to qualitative and quantitative cross analysis to form a more perfect subjective and objective research paradigm.(2) Domestic subjects began to focus on the overall spatial ecological relationship of urban green space, focusing on research from plane visual perception to health texture, and gradually scientific from subjective assumption to applied space analysis.(3) Foreign research and empirical field research;domestic scholars prefer theoretical research and practical application and foreign theory, to be improved in breadth and depth. Clarify the role mechanism and the performance relationship between urban green space and health is the forefront of research.
