【Abstract】 Speeding up the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors is of great significance for cultivating emerging engineering talents. The training quality of engineering students directly affects the quality of future engineering and technical talents. In order to cultivate high-quality new engineering talents with strong engineering practice ability and competitive ability and the talents who are suitable for the needs of social development, this paper explores the strategies for training engineering applied talents from the aspects of talent training program formulation, curriculum system setting, theoretical and practical teaching reform, and school-enterprise collaborative education. These strategies have achieved good results in the teaching practice of the traditional engineering majors of Hengyang Normal University, effectively improved the level of professional education and talent training quality, which helps to meet the needs of social development for engineering talents.更多还原
