【摘要】 重症医学是研究损伤和疾病导致机体向死亡发展过程的特点和规律性，并根据这些特点和规律对重症患者进行治疗的学科。加强重症医学研究生培养是提高重症医学人才质量的重要保障，而目前研究生专业课程教学体系尚处于不断探索的阶段，存在专业课程开设无统一标准、教学大纲和教材，教学模式缺乏专业特点等诸多问题，需要更多的教学改革和实践来建设完善。本文结合我科以《危急重症核心课程》为切入点，开展重症医学研究生培养模式改革的实际经验，阐述重症医学研究生培养中的相关问题及改革方案，促进课程体系向更专业、优化、规范的方向进步，以探索优化的、规范化的重症医学研究生培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Critical Care Medicine is a discipline that studies the characteristics and regularities of the development process of the body to death caused by injuries and diseases, and treats critically ill patients according to these characteristics and regularities. Strengthening the cultivation of graduate students in critical care medicine is an important guarantee for improving the quality of critical care medical personnel. At present, the teaching system of graduate professional courses is still in the stage of continuous exploration. There are many problems such as lack of unified standards for professional courses, syllabus and teaching materials, and lack of professional characteristics in teaching models. It needs more teaching reform and practice to construct and perfect. This article combines our departments actual experience in the reform of the Critical Care Postgraduate Training Mode with the "Critical Care Core Course" as the starting point, expounds the relevant issues and reform plans in the intensive care postgraduate training, and promotes the curriculum system to be more professional, optimized and standardized.
