【摘要】 目的 研究分析双导师制在全科医学基层基地住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果与价值。方法 选取潍坊医学院附属医院招收的2018级、2019级全科住培学员，共60名，分为实验组和对照组，各30名，实验时间为2020年1月—2021年12月。实验组学员参与双导师教学，对照组学员参与普通的单导师教学；对比两组学员每季度、每学年的考核情况以及通过国家住培考试的考核情况。结果 实验组学员的两年共8个季度以及2个学年的考核合格率均高于对照组比较，组间差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；此外，实验组学员的国家住培考核合格率为96.67%，对照组学员的国家住培考核合格率为76.67%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 在全科医学基层基地住院医师规范化培训中贯彻落实双导师制，可以更好的优化学员培训效果，提高其国家住培考核合格率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the application effect and value of the dual tutorial system in the standardized training of basic resident doctors at the grass-roots level in general medicine. Methods A total of 60 general practitioners in the 2018 and 2019 grades recruited by the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University were selected, and they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, 30in each. The experimental time was from January 2020 to December 2021. The experimental group students participated in the dual tutor teaching, the control group students participated in the ordinary single tutor teaching; The quarterly and academic year assessment of the two groups of students as well as the assessment of passing the national resident training examination were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the examination pass rate of the experimental group in 8 quarters and 2 school years was higher, and there was statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05). In addition, the qualified rate of the national residential education examination for the students in the experimental group was 96.67%, and the qualified rate of the students in the control group was 76.67%, indicating a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the dual tutorial system in the standardized training of basic resident doctors at the grass-roots level in general medicine can better optimize the training effect of trainees, improve the pass rate of national resident training assessment.更多还原
