【摘要】 目的 调查班级导师在临床医学专业本科教育工作中的实施情况。方法 于2021年8月针对班级导师工作内容及同学关心的问题制作调查问卷，在广西医科大学临床医学专业本科2019级11班和12班学生中进行问卷调查，对调查结果进行分析。结果 参与调查的83个学生中有61.45%的学生认为设置班级导师对学生帮助很大，其中对未来规划的指导帮助最大，占比66.27%；班级导师见面会时长40.96%的学生认为可以不定时间，有需要就见面；班级导师见面地点50.60%的学生认为可自由掌握，双方商议进行。结论 班级导师对临床医学专业本科教育有一定的作用，尤其是在未来规划的引导方面，班级导师见面时间及地点可灵活掌握。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of class tutors for undergraduate education in clinical medicine. Methods A questionnaire was made for the work contents of class tutors and the problems concerned by students,the students from Class 11 and 12 of 2019 grade of Guangxi Medical University were analyzed on August in 2021. Results Among the 83 of the students participating in the survey, 61.45% of the students believed that the class tutor was very helpful to them, especially for the guidance of future planning. 40.96% of the students thought that the length of class tutor meeting can be at any time when necessary; 50.60% of the students thought that the place of tutor meeting could be mastered freely. Conclusion Class tutor plays a important role in the growth of undergraduate students in clinical medicine,especially in the guidance of future planning. the meeting time and place of class tutor and students can be flexibly mastered.更多还原
