7株橡胶树胶孢炭疽菌拮抗放线菌的分离及拮抗活性初步评价

【摘要】 利用平板对峙法,以胶孢炭疽菌为靶标菌,对从甘肃省嘉峪关七一冰川土样中分离的放线菌进行皿内活性测定,共得到7株活性较高的放线菌,编号分别为QY-2、QY-8、QY-9、QY-13、QY-23、QY-26和QY-28。进一步测定这7株放线菌对其他4种病原真菌(香蕉炭疽病、香蕉枯萎病菌、芒果蒂腐病菌、火龙果溃疡病病菌)的皿内拮抗活性,发现这7株放线菌对以上4种病原真菌都有一定的抑制作用。再以胶孢炭疽菌为靶标菌对上述7株放线菌的发酵液进行皿内活性测定,发现菌株QY-26的活性最好,对胶孢炭疽菌的抑制率可达77.8%。除此之外,还测定了菌株QY-26的发酵液对香蕉炭疽病菌、香蕉枯萎病菌、火龙果溃疡病菌和芒果蒂腐病菌的抑制作用,发现其对香蕉炭疽病菌具有较好的抑制作用,其抑制率高达77.8%;对香蕉枯萎病菌、火龙果溃疡病菌和芒果蒂腐病菌的抑制率分别为54.3%、54.0%和45.2%。菌株QY-26对胶孢炭疽菌有较强的防治效果,具有潜在的应用价值。

【Abstract】 By the method of confrontation growth, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were used as the target bacteria, and a total of 7 actinomycete strains with high antagonistic activity were isolated from soil sample in Qiyi glacier soil sample of Jiayuguan,Gansu Province. The 7 actinomycete strains were QY-2, QY-8, QY-9, QY-13, QY-23, QY-26 and QY-28 respectively.The antagonistic activity against Colletotrichum musae, Fusarium oxysporum, Botryodiplodia heobromae and Neoscytalidium dimidiatum was determined by the methods of confrontation growth, and 7 strains had strong antagonism activity. Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were used as the target bacteria to investigate the effect of the mixture of 7 actinomycete strains, and strain QY-26 had a strong antagonistic activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, with the inhibition rate of 77.8%. The effect of the mixture of strain QY-26, Colletotrichum musae, Fusarium oxysporum, Botryodiplodia heobromae and Neoscytalidium dimidiatum was investigated. It was found that strain QY-26 had high inhibitory effect on Colletotrichum musae, and the inhibition rate was up to 77.8%. The inhibition rates against fusarium wilt of Fusarium oxysporum, Neoscytalidium dimidiatum and Botryodiplodia theobromae were 54.3%, 54.0% and 45.2%. Strain QY-26 had strong control effect on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and had potential application value.
