深地深海油气勘探用测井电缆铠装钢丝的研发
Development of logging cable sheathed steel wire for deep sea oil and gas exploration
【摘要】 对深地深海油气勘探用测井电缆铠装钢丝进行了研发试制,结果表明:铠装钢盘条的微观结构为全片层的珠光体组织,未出现先共析铁素体、先共析渗碳体和马氏体等异常组织,轧制后的冷却工艺合理,抗拉强度为1 623 MPa。盘条拉拔为钢丝后,珠光体中的片层渗碳体出现扭转、断裂现象,出现了颗粒状渗碳体的形貌,拉拔加工硬化使钢丝抗拉强度提高至2 084 MPa。
【Abstract】 Logging cable sheathed steel wire for deep sea oil and gas exploration is developed and trial-produced. Results show that microstructure of sheathed steel wire rod is layer pearlite structure, there is no abnormal microstructure such as pro-eutectoid ferrite, pro-eutectoid cementite and martensite. The cooling process after rolling is reasonable and tensile strength is 1 623 MPa. The lamellar cementite in pearlite appears torsion and fracture after wire drawing, granular cementite appears, granular cementite shape appears. Tensile strength of steel wire is increased to 2 084 MPa by drawing work hardening.
