【摘要】 结合地方本科院校高等医学教育的客观实际和特殊性，通过分析生物医药产业、大健康服务业的人才需求，用科学方法和发展思维谋划专业集群，对我校医学教育综合改革进行顶层设计，形成“培养服务大健康产业人才为主线，以提升教学条件和校内外资源有效利用为基础，以促进医教协同、提升岗位胜任力为抓手，以质量工程、精品项目建设为突破”的总体架构与实现路径。通过6年建设与实践，师生员工“追求卓越、打造品牌”的教育教学观念全面改变，专业间综合利用资源融合发展成效明显，教育教学改革阶段性成果丰硕，应用型人才培养质量稳步提升，服务大健康产业能力显著提高，学院品牌影响力和社会认可度不断扩大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the objective reality and particularity of higher medical education in local undergraduate colleges, a top-level design of the comprehensive reform of medical education in Huanghe S&Technology University was carried out by analyzing the talent needs of the biomedical industry and the OneHealth service industry and contriving a specialty cluster with scientific methods and development thinking.Focusing on cultivating talents serving the One Health industry, based on improving teaching conditions and the effective use of resources inside and outside the school, promoting medical-educational collaboration and improving job competency as the starting point, and taking the quality engineering and high-quality project construction as breakthroughs, the overall structure and implementation path was established.Through six years of construction and practice, the educational and teaching concept of pursuing excellence and building a brand has been completely changed, the comprehensive utilization of resources among majors has achieved remarkable outcomes, the educational and teaching reforms have yielded fruitful results, and the quality of applied talent training has been steadily improved.Besides, the ability to serve the One Health industry has been significantly improved, and the college’s brand influence and social recognition have continued to expand.更多还原
