【摘要】 目的:挖掘古籍《普济方·针灸门》中针灸治疗不孕症的选穴规律。方法:利用《中华医典》第5版检索《普济方·针灸门》中治疗不孕症的针灸处方,分析处方数据中穴位的使用频率、特点、归经和刺灸方法。结果:符合纳入标准的文献条文60条,穴位30个,共计用穴频次65次。其中,单穴处方最多,频次为56次,占比93.33%;特定穴17个,频率为56.67%,特定穴中交会穴的使用频次最多,为27次,占比41.54%;使用频次最高的3个穴位依次为中极、关元和涌泉;经脉使用频次最高者为任脉;刺灸方法多用艾灸疗法,为27次,占比45.00%,壮数以三壮常见。结论:《普济方·针灸门》治疗不孕症以近部选穴为主,多用单穴;临床用穴以任脉、足少阴肾经穴位为主;多运用特定穴治疗;以循经取穴和局部取穴为主;多用艾灸治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the acupoint selection law of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of infertility in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Gate of Prescriptions for Universal Relief.Methods: By using the 5 th edition of Chinese Medical Code to search the acupuncture formulas for the treatment of infertility in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Gate of Prescriptions for Universal Relief,the use frequency, characteristics, meridian tropism and acupuncture and moxibustion methods of acupuncture points in the formula data were analyzed.Results: There were 60 literature articles and 30 acupoints that met the inclusion criteria, with a total frequency of 65 acupoints.Among them, the single point formula was the most, with a frequency of 56 times, accounting for 93.33%;There were 17 specific acupoints, with a frequency of 56.67%.Among the specific acupoints, intersection acupoints were used the most, 27 times, accounting for 41.54%;The three most frequently used acupoints were Zhongji(RN 3),Guanyuan(BL 26) and Yongquan(KI 1).Conception vessel(CV) was the most frequently used meridian; Moxibustion were mostly used for 27 times, accounting for 45.00%.Three cones were common.Conclusion: In Acupuncture and Moxibustion Gate of Prescriptions for Universal Relief,selection of adjacent single point is used most in the treatment of infertility.The main clinical points are taken from CV,kidney meridian of foot lesser yin.Specific acupoints are mainly used for treatment.Acupoints are mainly selected along meridians and locally; moxibustion is mainly used.更多还原
