【Abstract】 After using the literature method to sort out the views of domestic and foreign scholars from three aspects: the theory of international migration motive, the theory of migration management policy and the theory of migration integration policy, we found that the existing theories have more analysis on the causes of migration phenomenon and less research on countermeasures to solve the migration problem. We should clarify the concept of illegal immigrants in law; improve the repatriation procedures of illegal immigrants; learn from the desirable features of immigrant integration policies in western countries, and explore the Chinese path of social integration of international immigrants by taking into account the specific conditions of China.更多还原
