卧推动作对短距离游泳运动员上肢力量训练作用

【摘要】 尝试采用表面肌电图技术将传统的卧推动作和TechTrainer仪器卧推动作进行对比,观察两种卧推测试与短距离自由泳和蝶泳肌电的肌肉贡献率的共同性,分析传统卧推动作、TechTrainer仪器卧推动作主要肌群与短距离自由泳、蝶泳主要肌群发力的匹配度有多高,探究提高游泳运动员上肢力量更有效的训练手段与方法,帮助运动员训练更科学。

【Abstract】 This paper attempts to use surface(sEMG)technology to compare traditional and TechTrainer bench press, and observe the similarity between the two tests and the contribution rate of emG in short-distance freestyle and butterfly. Similarities and differences between the main muscle groups of traditional and TechTrainer bench press and the main muscle groups of water butterfly and freestyle are analyzed, and more effective training methods to improve swimmers’ upper body strength explored so as to help athletes train more scientifically.
